We are also the exclusive distributor of Italys finest Rio Mare Lavazza and San Benedetto products in are hiring Plant Labourers at our Sofina Foods Inc. plant in Port Coquitlam BC. No previous experience required! We will provide you with on-the-job training in all production WE HAVE TO OFFERStart time: Dayshift or Afternoon ShiftOvertime opportunitiesHourly rate: $19.20 to startHourly rate increases to $26.93 after two (2) years of health benefits after probationDental Benefits after working 1000 hoursShort term disability benefits after working 4160 hoursPension PlanLife insuranceDiscount in meat productsReferral bonuses available if you refer a friend (timelines apply.)POSITION SUMMARY:Reporting to the Production Supervisor of the Department the Production Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks that assisting the further processing of quality products to meet Company and Customer standards. Position works in a fast paced production line style environment doing repetitive for processing bone-out products by removing skin excess fat and bones from meat for further processing of bone-in products to include tying and clipping whole birds processing/grading wings legs and thighs or back on meat products into trays or boxes and apply labels to and unload processing good housekeeping in their respective other duties as :Able to work in varying temperature environments ranging from hot to cold doing repetitive tasks while standing during your work to stand for extended be able to communicate in English written and spokenAble to perform repetitive tasks hand-eye coordination stand for extended periods attention to details and work in a fast-paced JOB DETAILS:Public transportation is location: 1910 Kingsway Avenue Port Coquitlam BC V3S 1S7Head Office: 100 Commerce Valley Drive West 9th Floor Markham Ontario L3T 0A1How to apply Apply directly at our facility or email us your resume at or call us at extension thank all applicants for their interest to this opportunity; however only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
