About the opportunity

Join a high-impact product team where your expertise in air travel sourcing pricing and supplier partnerships will directly influence our competitive edge. As an Air Product Specialist youll play a pivotal role in shaping compelling market-leading flight offers across multiple channels. Youll collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver innovative product solutions optimize performance and empower consultants with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. If you thrive in a fast-paced data-driven environment and love building strong supplier relationships this role offers exciting opportunities to make your mark.

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify best-in-market air deals to ensure strong product availability across core campaign and tactical ranges
Partner with Supply/Procurement teams to secure competitive exclusive offers aligned with strategy
Negotiate supplier deals that support campaign and promotional calendars
Build and maintain strong supplier and internal stakeholder relationships
Manage the full lifecycle of product offers from sourcing through execution and retirement
Curate and maintain a library of hot offers tailored to market needs
Ensure product content is accurate compelling and optimized across all platforms
Adapt global offers for regional relevance while maintaining brand consistency
Monitor product performance and provide optimization recommendations
Analyze sales data conversion margins and campaign effectiveness
Conduct competitive analysis to maintain market relevance and advantage
Deliver reporting and insights to inform product strategy and decisions
Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to support training and enablement initiatives
Develop product guides tools and training to enhance consultant capability
Coordinate supplier training sessions and webinars
Partner with Revenue Management & Pricing teams for optimal pricing strategies
Work with offshore teams to ensure accurate and efficient deal loading
Support new product launches and supplier onboarding initiatives
Maintain accuracy and integrity of product data across systems
Act as liaison between category teams and country packaging specialists
Contribute to a safe inclusive and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed respected and supported to thrive.

Experience & Qualifications 5 years of travel industry experience with strong category product focus
2 years in a product role involving sourcing and deal creation
Strong experience negotiating with suppliers and managing partnerships
Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
Experience working cross-functionally with global and remote teams
Strong understanding of flight products pricing structures and fare rules
Advanced GDS proficiency (Sabre/Amadeus)
Knowledge of airline ticketing rules and regulations
Experience developing or supporting training and enablement initiatives preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong commercial and business acumen
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of $72000. The salary is dependent on relevant factors including experience geographic location and job requirements.
