Cronometer is looking for a full-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Revelstoke BC. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone earlier in their support career who is excited to learn grow and develop toward more independent ownership over time.
Cronometer is a nutrition tracking app used by millions of people around the world. We prideourselves not only on our science-backed data but on offering thoughtful human and helpfulsupport to the people using our product every day.
This isnt your typical call-centre role. You wont just answer questions - youll help usersunderstand their health data get more value from Cronometer and share the insights that help us improve the customer experience. Youll be joining a fast-learning support environment where curiosity clear communication thoughtful problem-solving and collaboration matter.
