Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections and maintenance including checking inflation tread wear and overall condition to ensure tire safety efficiency and performance
• Communicate services directly with customers to provide insights and recommendations for repairs and maintenance to improve vehicle performance
• Deliver professional fleet roadside and off-site tire services on commercial and industrial vehicles minimizing downtime with fast and efficient support
• Adhere to Kal Tires safety protocols and quality standards in all tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the companys reputation for excellence

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial and industrial tire installation repair and maintenance is considered an asset but not required
• Hold a valid drivers license with Air Brake Endorsement for on-site service and roadside assistance tasks
• Excelling in a physically demanding environment with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder height and perform tasks efficiently
• Demonstrating a safety-first mindset by adhering to all safety protocols wearing required PPE and promoting a secure workplace culture
• Possessing strong technical skills and a proactive approach to solving tire and equipment challenges
