As a Multi-Skilled Operator at our Kearl site youll put your expertise to work on various heavy machinery while building your career alongside professionals who value safety quality and supporting each other every shift. With a century of construction experience behind us were looking for operators who want to be part of what comes next.

FLINT is hiring Multiskilled Operators for a permanent role in Fort McMurray AB starting ASAP. Enjoy a 14/14 schedule camp accommodations flights from Calgary or Edmonton and benefits after 300 hours.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 6000 hours of experience operating a 250 excavator coupled with at least 2000 hours on either a 785 haul truck or D8 dozer.
  • Demonstrated experience in open pit mining with a minimum of 2000 hours.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    • CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation)
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Able to train on new equipment when requested.
  • Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.


Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
