KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define, plan and drive project plans based on management and senior technical guidance.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules by considering various components such as equipment availability, SW/FW schedules, and adjacent validation schedules
  • Be hands-on to analyze, assign, and track detailed project tasks. Track performance against the plan of record to proactively resolve critical issues to maintain schedule.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders outside of the CSE organization including external vendors to ensure deliverables meet or exceed requirements.
  • Effectively manage incoming issue tickets and work with cross functional teams and internal teams to prioritize and help drive issues to resolution with all stakeholders

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Analytical, self-motivated, organized, detailed-oriented and results-oriented.
  • Experience working in a high-pressure environment and competing priorities and tight turnaround times.
  • Engineering background preferred. 10+ years industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts and low-level toolchains is an asset.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI and Excel is an asset.
