Requirements
Distinguished Fellowship or Board Certification from a recognized Tier-1 Western institution (e.g., FACEM, FRCPC, American Board, FRCEM).
A minimum of 5 years of active post-specialization practice within major trauma centers or high-stakes institutional medical wings.
Impeccable psychological resilience, flawless command of professional boundaries, and native-level English fluency.
