Partner Program Manager

Absolute Security is seeking a Partner Program Manager to join our Global Channel Operations team. This role will be responsible for the ongoing development, operationalization, and management of Absolute's global partner program. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management skills, channel expertise, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership to help drive partner engagement, accountability, and revenue growth.

Reporting to the AVP, Global Channel Operations, this position will serve as a key liaison across Channel Sales, Marketing, Revenue Enablement, Finance, Operations, and other business functions to ensure our partner ecosystem is equipped, engaged, and positioned for success.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing evolution of Absolute's global partner program.
  • Help build and maintain a world-class global partner program that enables partner growth and supports accelerated partner-generated ARR.
  • Ensure consistent execution of partner program policies, processes, benefits, and requirements across regions.
  • Facilitate partner tiering and leveling initiatives and help ensure partners and internal stakeholders remain aligned to program requirements and benefits.
  • Coordinate quarterly and annual partner performance reviews, business reviews, and partner business planning activities.
  • Support the creation of governance, measurement, and accountability processes that help ensure both Absolute and its partners deliver against shared commitments and objectives.
  • Measure partner engagement, performance, and program effectiveness through reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking.
  • Support partner onboarding processes and ongoing program administration.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner experience, operational efficiency, and program scalability.
  • Serve as the primary owner of partner-facing content within the Partner Portal.
  • Curate, organize, and maintain core partner content, channel-ready assets, sales plays, promotions, and program information.
  • Ensure partner-facing content remains current, relevant, and globally consistent.
  • Manage localization requirements and regional variations where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Creative Services, Revenue Enablement, Product Marketing, and Channel Sales teams to source, update, and publish partner-facing materials.
  • Facilitate publication and maintenance of partner dashboards and other partner resources.
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement and other stakeholders to ensure training, certification, and learning content is current, accessible, and relevant to partners.
  • Convert internal enablement resources and learning tracks into channel-ready content.
  • Maintain partner training and certification resources within the Partner Portal.
  • Ensure partners have access to the tools, content, and educational resources needed to successfully position and sell Absolute solutions.
  • Support the planning and execution of Partner Advisory Board and Partner Summit programs.
  • Coordinate partner communications related to program updates, initiatives, promotions, training, and enablement activities.
  • Assist in the development and management of partner engagement initiatives, including partner journey automation and gamification programs.
  • Act as a central liaison across Channel Sales, Marketing, Revenue Enablement, Finance, Operations, and other functional teams.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders to support program execution and partner success.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across the organization to ensure successful implementation of partner initiatives.
  • Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Future responsibilities may include administration of partner renewal and incumbency protection programs, incentive and MDF programs, Allbound platform administration, and expanded partner automation and analytics capabilities.

What You Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel operations, partner programs, channel enablement, partner success, or related program management roles.
  • Experience working within a software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology company.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or managing partner programs and partner-facing initiatives.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and successfully navigate cross-functional environments.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to support decision-making and program improvements.
  • Experience managing partner portals, partner enablement platforms, learning management systems, or similar technologies is preferred.
  • Experience with partner onboarding, partner performance management, tiering programs, business planning, or partner governance is highly desirable.
  • Experience within cybersecurity or endpoint security markets is preferred.
  • Experience working in a global organization is an asset.

The successful candidate will help operationalize and scale Absolute's partner ecosystem, improve partner engagement and accountability, reduce operational barriers to growth, and contribute to increased partner-led pipeline, new logo acquisition, and ARR growth. This individual will thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrate strong initiative, and bring a passion for building programs that create measurable business impact.
