Job description

Salary: $200,000 - 275,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We bring 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior IT or CTO-level ownership.
  • We have strong experience in real estate, property management, construction, facilities management, or similarly complex multi-site operating environments.
  • We have proven experience directing IT strategy for organizations with several hundred employees or more.
  • We possess deep knowledge of enterprise systems, infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and data architecture.
  • We have experience leading digital transformation and systems integration initiatives.
  • We have strong vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiation expertise.
  • We can align technology strategy with business objectives and operational priorities.
  • We have experience managing IT budgets and delivering cost-effective technology solutions.
  • We bring strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • We thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused, and operationally complex environment.
  • We have experience building and leading high-performing IT teams.
Responsibilities:
  • We serve as the senior technology leader and strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring technology plans support our business goals and growth strategy.
  • We oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and support across our multi-site real estate organization of approximately 500 employees.
  • We lead digital transformation efforts, including modernization of legacy systems, process automation, and integration of property management, financial, and operational platforms.
  • We develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap centered on scalability, efficiency, cybersecurity, and data-informed decision-making.
  • We manage enterprise systems such as ERP, property management software, CRM platforms, and internal business applications.
  • We direct cybersecurity strategy, risk management, data protection, and compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
  • We lead vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, and the management of external technology partners and service providers.
  • We build and maintain a dependable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure for both corporate and field operations.
  • We partner with business leaders to identify ways technology can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance tenant and employee experience.
  • We lead, mentor, and develop our IT team while fostering accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • We oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  • We assess emerging technologies and innovations relevant to real estate operations and long-term growth.
