A growing national law firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to establish and lead its Vancouver office.
This opportunity is open to both litigators and/or solicitors with an established practice and the entrepreneurial drive to build and grow a regional office. The ideal candidate understands the Vancouver legal landscape, has developed strong professional relationships within the market, and is looking for more than a lateral move - they are looking to help shape the future of a growing firm.
This is a rare leadership opportunity combining practice autonomy, office leadership, and the support of an established national platform.
As the Vancouver Office Lead, you will:
The partnership model is designed for entrepreneurial lawyers, offering monthly draws based on projected revenues, regular production reconciliations, and compensation that directly rewards both client work and business development.
