What you’ll do:
The Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.
Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety
Providing Exceptional service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto
Production, packaging, and merchandising of the product
Food preparation as needed
Accurate ordering and receiving of product
Ensure high level of image and cleanliness in line with our Brand expectations
Team Members will work in all areas of the assigned department
Other projects and assignments as required
This position requires the use of equipment including knives and slicers, as well as frequent heavy lifting of the product.

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 8 hours per week. Candidates must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. The ideal applicant thrives both independently and within a team environment, demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, and contributes positively as a team player. The role requires the ability to safely and consistently lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday.
