About Us

Design made simple for the modern home. Our passion lies in furniture and design, and it is the fuel that drives our business. We are a family-run company and aim to maintain this as we continue to rapidly grow. We’re entrepreneurial. We challenge the status quo, aren’t afraid to try new ideas, and we leverage our agile structure to make smart decisions and find new opportunities.

We’re a people-first company and what we do wouldn’t be possible without our customers. For this reason, we like to say that our collections are always customer curated. Join our flexible work culture and team of creative and passionate individuals.

The mission of the Logistics Department is to ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of our products while creating an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Administrator is responsible for order entry, inventory tracking, delivery coordination, and managing customer returns and exchanges. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process and dispatch customer orders in alignment with committed delivery timelines and estimated arrival dates.
  • Coordinate with logistics carriers to obtain shipment quotes, monitor deliveries, and proactively resolve transportation issues.
  • Review and reconcile carrier invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital documentation related to order fulfillment, distribution, pricing, and contractual agreements.
  • Manage customer returns and exchanges by issuing return authorizations, coordinating product returns, facilitating inspections with internal teams, updating inventory records, and reconciling returns with accounting.
  • Provide timely and accurate delivery updates to Customer Care and Retail teams while troubleshooting shipment-related issues.
  • Support inventory accuracy through order tracking and system updates.

Skills and Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience working with an ERP system is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative support role is an asset.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary plus bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits plan (health, dental, vision) with enhanced coverage for mental health resources and support.
  • Hybrid work environment that supports work-life balance.
  • Modern, casual office with views of downtown Vancouver and the North Shore mountains.
  • Stocked kitchen with snacks, fresh fruit, coffee, and tea.
  • Ergonomic workstations with sit-stand desks.
  • Free electric vehicle charging at our head office.
  • Generous product discounts for yourself, friends, and family.
  • Professional development opportunities.
  • In-office employee gym and free weekly spin classes at Ride Cycle Club (locations in Vancouver and Toronto).

The salary range for this role is $45,000–$50,000 annually, plus eligibility for our quarterly bonus program.

We appreciate hearing from all candidates; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Moe's is proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusive hiring practices.
