Weins Auto Group is looking for a Lease Portfolio Advisor at Don Valley North Lexus. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a tenacity to build strong customer relations to join our this customer-focused role youll handle all sales customers with professionalism and positivity. Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers assisting them in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures with a focus on increasing sales volume.
• Ensure all guests of the dealership are dealt with in a positive and professional manner.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of vehicle inventory and deliver strong product knowledge.
• Perform high quality and professional vehicle demonstrations for customers.
• Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
• Other duties projects etc. as requested by management

Qualifications:

• Proven organizational skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver exceptional quality.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• College Diploma or University Degree
• Valid Ontario G Drivers License
• Valid OMVIC License
