As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent to drive our mission of delivering innovative insurance solutions and risk management strategies. • This is a contract position approved for 6 months. There may be an opportunity to convert to perm depending upon business need and performance.
• This is a hybrid position that requires some office days at our Markham office.
• We require someone who is fluent in English and French.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to design and execute tailored recruitment strategies that align with Gallagher’s business goals.
• Build and nurture a diverse network of active and passive candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Use data‑driven insights to refine sourcing methods and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Champion innovative recruitment tools and social media platforms to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.

About You

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a minimum of five years in a similar role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, enabling you to connect with diverse candidates and stakeholders across regions.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, such as ICIMS, and a passion for leveraging social media in talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for insurance, brokerage, or risk management roles is a plus.
• A collaborative and inclusive approach, with a commitment to fostering diversity and equity in hiring practices.
