GYMVMT ASSISTANT MANAGER - TERM POSITION

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday evening and weekend work required

Shifts start times range from 9 10 AM and consists of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day/week.

May need to start at 5 AM some days depending on business requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a related field plus related work experience or equivalent or Diploma in a related field plus related work experience preferred
• Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven success in achieving monthly KPIs and quotas
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism confidentiality and integrity
• Must be willing to develop and train into a General Manager role
• Able to work flexible hours such as days evenings and weekends as well as on special promotional events.
