Location & Shifts:

Langstaff Rd/Highway 50, Woodbridge ON:
- Sun-Thu (9pm-5am), $31-$33/h to start

Responsibilities
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of their respective area of the warehouse and the direction of the hourly workforce to achieve and exceed distribution center performance goals of production, employee relations, safety, service quality and cost. The Warehouse Supervisor reports to the Logistics Manager.

- Working in a warehouse that handles nicotine products.
- Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
- Complete Human Resources paperwork and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet timetables.
- Coordinate with Logistics Managers for appropriate staffing levels.
- Direct staff in the development, analysis and performance of job task.
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
- Coach and provide career development advice to staff.
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees and shift rotations.
- Schedule and conduct staff meetings to include attending LM meetings and monthly review meetings with the SLM.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience will be considered).
- Two (2) years or more experience in a similar position required.
- Two (2) years or more experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- User knowledge of SAP, and WMS
- User lever knowledge of Windows and MS Office; advanced level.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Clean criminal record.
