We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Food Service to lead the growth and integration of our Food Service division following the recent acquisition of Yen Bros Food Service. This role will be instrumental in unifying operations between Yen Bros and Islands West Produce, while building a scalable platform for sustained growth across the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and into new territories.
The Director of Food Service will own the commercial strategy, lead and develop the sales organization, and drive revenue growth through both existing customer expansion and new market penetration.
This is a unique opportunity to play a leadership role in shaping the future of a growing Food Service platform. You will have the autonomy to build, lead, and scale a high-impact division while working alongside an ambitious leadership team committed to growth and excellence.
