Job description
Elevate your career as the Director of Valuation & Advisory Services at Avison Young. Lead appraisal reports and market studies while fostering client relationships. In this pivotal role, you will manage complex valuation engagements and provide mentorship to Valuation Associates. Your expertise in appraisals and consulting will be vital in supporting business development initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely reports that meet clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed appraisal reports for diverse projects • Mentor and provide feedback to team members • Conduct property inspections as required • Manage ongoing client relationships effectively • Deliver high-quality reports under strict deadlines Requirements: • 7+ years of relevant experience in valuation • AACI Designation in good standing • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a relevant field • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong analytical and organizational skills Take the next step in your career and leverage your valuation expertise at Avison Young. #J-18808-Ljbffr
