THE TEAM

The mission of the Concierge Management Department is to lead the team to connect with and delight our clients through exceptional sales and solution expertise.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Concierge Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for providing exceptional experiences for clients who contact Concierge by resolving their inquiries and delivering selling and solving expertise. As the Concierge Senior Manager you will lead the team to deliver world-class sales solution and service excellence while ensuring the center is set up to exceed daily goals via a high-performing and engaged team. THE ROLE

As the Concierge Senior Manager you will lead the team to:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
• Optimize the performance in each channel
• Sell clothes deliver world-class service and build loyal client relationships
• Ensure the world-class delivery of sales solution and service expertise
• Resolve client escalations to protect Aritzias brand and elevate our commitment to delivering Everyday Luxury experiences.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Concierge Senior Manager has:

• Proven skills certifications education and/or experience in a high-volume contact centre preferably within a Retail environment
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100000$300000 per year. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
