Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking a Retail Stock & Floor Lead to join their team. As a Retail Stock & Floor Lead, you will be part of the retail operations supporting the store team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Retail Stock and Floor Lead
Location: Victoria BC
Pay Range: $18.88 - 19.40 per hour
Shift: Full Time Permanent with great benefit
What's the Job?
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and staff management
- Help with store merchandising, shelf stocking, and processing shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues
- Train, coach, and develop employees to ensure high performance
- Perform cash management, store opening, and closing duties as needed
What's Needed?
- Ideally, two (2) years’ experience in the retail industry
- Ideally, two (2) years in a supervisory or management role
- Open availability required (day, evening, weekend)
- Ability to organize time efficiently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
