Status : Long-Term

Environment : Team-oriented, highly automated, and state-of-the-art facility.

Afternoon shift : Monday-Friday 2 : 00pm – 10 : 00pm

Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check

Precision Assembly : Utilizing high-tech automated tools to assemble intricate automotive components.

Quality Inspection : Maintaining a sharp eye for detail to ensure every part meets Schneider’s world-class safety and quality standards.

Collaboration : Communicating constantly with your team to maintain workflow in a highly synchronized, state-of-the-art facility.

Safety Adherence : Following strict Health & Safety protocols to maintain our status as a top-tier North American plant.

Qualifications

Personality Plus : We need "no-one-shy" types—charismatic, talkative, and energetic team players.

Experience : Minimum 1 year of assembly experience.

Reliability : A track record of tenure and commitment to long-term roles.

Compliance : Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and adhere to strict Health & Safety standards.
