THE TEAM

The mission of the Corporate Finance Department is to maximize shareholder value and drive corporate objectives through strategic financial insight and oversight.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Corporate Finance team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for strengthening financial results by effectively managing Aritzias financial assets and providing senior leadership with the required information and analysis to make informed business decisions. As the Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Analyst Corporate Finance you will support with enabling Aritzias strong financial position by executing financial planning management and reporting while also assisting with business development and investor relations. THE ROLE

As the Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Analyst Corporate Finance you will:

• Proactively maximize Aritzias overall financial performance and support smart spending through informed and fact-based business decisions
• Drive the short and long term financial plan in alignment with corporate objectives and strategies
• Provide the business with visibility into corporate and departmental performance with relevant and timely financial results
• Accelerate corporate objectives by efficiently acquiring new businesses or strategic partnerships
• Provide Investor Relations with a comprehensive understanding of investor and analyst expectations of Aritzias financial performance and outlook

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Analyst Corporate Finance has:

• Proven skills certifications education and/or experience in:
  • Finance Accounting or Business degree
  • Financial planning forecasting and performance analysis
  • Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • CPA/CFA is an asset
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50000 - $150000 per year. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
