Reporting to the Chief ExecutiveOfficer the Project Coordinator Business Services provides senior-levelcoordination advisory support and operational oversight to the CEO and seniorleadership team. The role supports strategic planning project implementationgovernance risk management privacy compliance and policy development whileproviding analysis and follow-through on organizational priorities. Throughthese responsibilities the position promotes effective operationsaccountability continuous improvement and alignment with HHBs governancepolicy and service priorities.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership planningcoordination and oversight to support the CEO senior executive teamcorporate planning processes executive-level initiatives and organizationalpriorities.
Lead and coordinate complex cross-functionalstrategic initiatives projects and teams to advance HHBs mandate corporateobjectives and operational priorities.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO by workingwith senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify assess and respondto strategic opportunities risks and organizational challenges.
Lead the research development implementationmonitoring and evaluation of strategies policies frameworks tools andprocesses that support business operations programs and projects.
Promote innovation and continuous improvementthrough research analysis technology-enabled solutions evidence-basedrecommendations and coordinated implementation activities.
Support corporate and departmental businessplanning by developing operational plans performance measures reportsdashboards and tracking organizational outcomes milestones and commitments.
Coordinate governance executive and corporatefollow-up activities including action items key deliverables timelinescommittee participation and reporting to support accountability and alignmentwith priorities.
Coordinate Enterprise Risk Management privacymanagement and compliance activities including maintaining risk registerssupporting mitigation strategies managing privacy-related matters andpreparing reports for senior leadership and governance bodies.
Coordinate executive-level and corporatetraining learning and professional development initiatives includingtracking mandatory governance compliance and role-specific trainingrequirements and reporting completion status.
Liaise with government Crown agencies communitypartners industry associations and internal teams to support collaborationbenchmarking communications stakeholder engagement and alignment of businessand operational initiatives while promoting and maintaining HHBs safetyculture.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or training in businessadministration public administration governance risk management privacymanagement compliance or a related field is considered an asset.
Additional coursework certification orprofessional development in areas such as corporate governance enterprise riskmanagement privacy legislation policy development or project coordinationwould be considered an asset.
Experience in Project Coordination or Project Managementis required.
An equivalent combination of educationtraining and related experience will be considered.
2-3 years of experience demonstrating success inleading teams and building a collaborative high-performing culture.
Excellent communication stakeholder managementand problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to safety continuousimprovement and service excellence.
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Class 5 Drivers Licence
Position details:
Thisis a Full-time Permanent Non-union position working 35 hours per weekMonday to Friday.
Shiftwork on-call response overtime or extended hours will be required based onoperational demands.
Theannual salary range for this position is $65596 - $81995
Working conditions:
This role is primarily performedin an office-based environment using standard office equipment with much ofthe work completed while seated and frequent opportunities to move throughoutthe day. Occasional site visits may be required with limited exposure to mildenvironmental conditions such as dust noise or other workplace factors. Theposition requires sustained visual attention mental concentration accuracyand sound judgment to manage competing priorities tight deadlines sensitiveinformation and confidential matters. Work is generally performed underacceptable conditions with occasional exposure to psychological pressures suchas deadlines or repetitive tasks. Professionalism integrity discretion andthe ability to exercise independent judgment are essential to success in therole.
