The Travel Advisor participates in planning and booking vacations for our clientele by analyzing their needs and proposing suitable destinations, itineraries, and products.
As part of this specific mandate, you will also play a support role for the advisors currently in place, both in sales and in daily operations. You will actively contribute to the management of client files, administrative follow-ups, and the optimization of in-branch service.
Your responsibilities will notably include opening and monitoring client files, processing payments, handling changes and special requests, managing confirmations, and supporting clients throughout their entire journey, up to their return from travel.
This position is intended for a candidate willing to work a fixed schedule that includes evenings and weekends, offering stability and predictability within a context of extended opening hours.
Your main responsibilities
Schedule: Thursday and Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., as well as Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Artificial intelligence tools are used to analyze applications, whether to sort or preselect profiles based on criteria related to job requirements. All applications are then reviewed by our recruitment team to ensure a fair and inclusive process.
