À titre de gérant de boutique, vous aurez la responsabilité de contribuer au bon fonctionnement de votre boutique et au développement de votre équipe, d’offrir un service à la clientèle de haut niveau, d’initier des centaines de nouveaux clients à l’univers merveilleux du thé en feuilles et de faire en sorte que chaque client reparte avec le sourire.
