Job description
Lead the SE First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Program as Senior Director at SE Health. Your vision will shape community-focused health initiatives across Canada. As the Senior Director, you will provide strategic direction and manage the FNIM Program to meet diverse community needs. Your role includes developing performance metrics, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving collaboration with Indigenous communities and organizations. You will support the continuous growth of your team while fostering a culture of respect and accountability. Key Responsibilities: • Guide program management and development strategies • Foster collaboration between FNIM and governmental bodies • Manage budgets and respond to grant opportunities • Implement communication strategies to promote program goals • Evaluate operational processes for continual improvement Requirements: • Master's degree in health care or related field • Over 10 years in management roles • Deep understanding of FNIM priorities • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Ability to travel and meet licensing requirements Your leadership will positively impact FNIM health initiatives nationwide. #J-18808-Ljbffr
