We're hiring two open Manager, Software Engineering roles, based in Calgary and Toronto respectively.
Manager, Software Engineering leads multiple developers across delivery pods with accountability for both technical excellence and team health. This role owns the architectural integrity of solutions across teams, removes engineering blockers, and ensures delivery meets quality and timeline commitments. The Manager is equally responsible for growing a high-performing team and maintaining the trust of clients and internal stakeholders through transparent, reliable execution.
Technical Execution & Oversight
This role requires a certain level of in-office presence, based out of our Toronto or Calgary office locations.
