Horizon Recruitment is recruiting for Construction Officer to support the successful delivery of major utility infrastructure projects across Northern British Columbia. This role is responsible for coordinating and inspecting construction activities on substations, transmission lines, and hydroelectric facilities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. The successful candidate will act as a key on-site representative, supporting contractors, resolving technical issues, and helping ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
