Customer Service Representative (Evenings Closing)
Part-Time Golds Gym British Columbia

Golds Gym is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for evening closing shifts with strong potential for growth. If youre outgoing reliable and passionate about fitness and customer experience wed love to connect.

About the Role

  • Schedule: 34 days per week (1224 hours)
  • Availability: Must be available weekday evening closing shifts
  • Commitment: No extended travel/time off during the first 4 months
Available Shifts:
- Sundays 11:30am-4:30pm
- Tuesdays 2:00pm-6:00pm
- Fridays 2:00pm-6:00pm

** Training for closing is necessary **

What Were Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience (required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel)
  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation or ability to commute easily
  • First Aid certification (asset)
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk operations during evening closing shifts
  • Ensure the facility is properly secured and prepared for the next day
  • Greet and check in members and guests using proper procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across phone email and in-person interactions
  • Direct guests and appointments to appropriate staff efficiently
  • Support guest check-in and onboarding processes
  • Handle daily cash reconciliation accurately
  • Assist the sales team with guest tours and membership support
  • Support prospect and member outreach via calls texts and emails
  • POS handling and end of night close out
