Were looking for an engaging growth oriented leader with a member-first approach to come on board as our Area Manager Agriculture at our Saskatoon or Prince Albert location.

As the Area Manager you will support a team of Agriculture Business Advisors in building meaningful advice-based relationships delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our members. You strike a balance of being responsible with risk management and credit quality while being bold to proactively strengthen relationships with members and our communities.â

How youll be spending your time

• Coaching empowering and leading a team ofâBusiness Advisors toâmaximize sales member experience business development and operational performance
• Ensuring the teams provision of holistic financial advice and service solutionsâmeet new and existing business members needsâ
• Fostering retaining and growing Conexus business through the development of relationships with businesses and agriculture producers
• Ensuring theâteam monitors portfolios toâalignâwith Conexus risk appetiteâ
• Approving credit applications in alignment with adjudication policies and proceduresâ

Salary range

$91030.00 - $130040.00 with 17% Short Term Incentive Target
