We are looking for a seasoned machine learning scientist to join our team at SAP Concur todeliver world class applied AI solutions to millions of users. We solvereal-world challenges faced by SAPs global customers with scalable and robustAI-augmenteduser experiences. Whatyoullbuild:

In this job you will work closely with our SAP Concur Spend AI team and the Spend product team to deliver real-world high user-impact AI-driven product features in Finance and Spend domain. Specifically you will:

• Explore implement experiment and evaluate the most recent LLMs and agentic frameworks in AI field for our use cases;

• Push the frontiers of scalable applied AI with real-world data and application.

• Work with interdisciplinary teams of developers designers and business experts to develop solutions with real measurable customer impact.

• Help to ensure performance reliability and ongoing improvement of our model deliverables in continuous collaboration with development teams.

What you bring:

• Provenhands-onexperience withML / deep learning frameworksNLPLLMsand agents

• Strongtrack recordinexperimentationandevaluationof ML / AI modelsLLMsand agents

• Extensive experience with at least one major cloud platform AWS preferred

• StrongproficiencyinPython and SQL

• Demonstrated ability to drive decisions using a data-driven mindset

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience withagentic systemsand frameworks

• Experience withLLM fine-tuning distillationretrieval-augmented generation (RAG)systems groundingtechniques

• Experience withML model / LLM deployment andproductionization
