The core responsibility associated with this position is to provide end-to-end coordination and execution of all new business/customer connections main projects from initial inquiry through to post-installation support.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of New Business projects from initial inquiry through design construction handoff and post-installation support.

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely compliant and cost-effective project delivery.

• Define project scope and develop designs schedules budgets and risk mitigation strategies to drive successful outcomes.

• Oversee the customer attachment lifecycle ensuring coordination issue resolution and continuous improvement.

• Partner with Field Construction to plan schedule and execute projects monitoring performance against timelines and financial targets.

• Manage financial and operational performance including cost estimating invoicing capital tracking variance analysis and input into forecasting and capital planning.

Who You Are:

• Bachelors degree or related construction project management or operational training and/or experience.

• 2-4 years of related experience. For candidates who do not possess a university degree an additional 3-years experience of related experience is required (total of 5 years).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed analysis and manage multiple projects to defined timelines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning new systems and tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.

• Knowledge of pipeline construction customer attachment processes project management and pricing models is considered an asset.

Working Conditions

• This role is comprised of both office and field work (80% and 20% respectively).

• A valid G class Ontario drivers license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.

• Occasional travel outside the region may be required.

Salary:

• Ranges from $70000 $100000 CAD for Canadian locations (except Alberta) based upon candidates experience skills and internal equity.

• Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
