Grosvenor Property Canada is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a dynamic 8-month contractan opportunity to gain hands-on experience across high-profile residential and mixed-use developments in Metro Vancouver. Youll step directly into an active portfolio of projects working alongside a collaborative high-performing team and contributing meaningfully from day one. From campaign execution and digital strategy to sales centre support and brand storytelling youll gain broad exposure across the full marketing lifecycle. Purpose of role
This position isgenerally responsibleforassistingthe Project MarketingManagerin all aspects of marketing sales and development functions related to residentialcondominium rentalandcommercialdevelopmentsin Vancouver.
Key responsibilities

Works closely withthe SeniorProject Marketing Manager on sales/marketing/leasing strategy for each developmentand investmentprojects
Coordination withsales leasingand marketing consultants including idea collaborationdraftingproject timelinesassistingwithbudgetsandliaising with thedevelopmentand asset managementteams
Direct collaboration with salesleasingand marketing consultants in the formulation of all marketing collateraland advertising campaigns
Coordination ofpresentation centremodel/stagedsuites andleasing office to be usedfor sales and leasingincludingongoing maintenancefacilitation of movers inventorymanagementand various site visits
Completes market research on competitors markets and best practicesand arranges toursof competitive product
Formulation and administration of consultantcontracts
Coordination of closings/move-ins working in conjunction withthecustomer care teams
Manages purchaser databaseand internalCRM system
Event planning as it relates to sales/rental launches and early community engagement efforts
Designing corporate brand and marketing materials and managing external designers for morecomplex jobs including providing design direction and feedback
Supporting administration on budgetreconciliation and invoicing
Researching and writing compelling blog posts marketingemailsand newsletters
Gathers vendor quotations andadministers proposals for approval
Creating and curating engaging digital content for social media accounts includingmaintainingcontent calendar andidentifyingnew opportunities for social content
Coordinates withSeniorProject MarketingManager onreviewing and providing recommendations onDigitalAdvertising and WebsiteAnalyticsReportsrelating to our activeproperties
Responsible for recording keeping and file organization and ensuring all marketing files are saved and uploaded todatabases and servers
Participation inTeam meetings and meetingsetup/organization of cateringas

Qualifications
Track record
1-3 years of development marketing or real estate industry experience preferred
Basic understanding of Digital Analytics and reports
Demonstrated problem solving ability
Positive can-do attitude with a keen interest to learn
High levelof organizational capacity including ability to manage various schedules and data needs simultaneously
Marketing/Graphic Design experience preferred
Technical skills/knowledge
Proficient knowledge of Windows Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Canva Acrobat Pro DC social mediaplatformsand a network environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
InDesign and Illustrator design experience an asset

The expected base salary range for this role is $55000 - 80000. Actual offered salary will depend on experience skills and addition to base pay eligible employees participate in various incentive compensation plans based on individual and business performance as well as a comprehensive range of health and wellness benefits.
