Job description
GClass Driver Belleville ON(Minimum 2 years of 5ton truck experience required)Rate: $26.66 per hourShift: Monday to Friday 11:00 PM 8:00 AMCardinal Couriers is currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team. This role involves loading deliveries into a company vehicle and following a designated route to ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on time. This is a fast-paced physically demanding position that includes driving lifting and handling packages to ensure damage-free :Complete deliveries and pick-ups in a timely and accurate mannerLoad and unload packages onto the assigned vehicleEnsure pre8:00 AM delivery targets are metPerform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspectionsSafely operate company equipment at all timesComplete and submit all required paperwork accurately and promptly to the Night Supervisor or Operations ManagerProvide professional and courteous service to customersQualifications:Valid G Class drivers licence (minimum 2 years)Minimum 23 years of commercial driving experience (5ton truck required)Clean driver abstract and CVORClear criminal record checkPrevious warehouse/shipping experience is an assetAbility to lift up to 70 lbsStrong communication and time management skillsReliable independent and organizedBenefits:Extended health benefits (prescription dental vision massage mental health etc.)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Safety Incentive ProgramPaid on-site trainingConsistent routes and equipmentPermanent full-time employmentPositive team-oriented and safe work environmentWhy Join Cardinal CouriersCardinal Couriers is a Canadian-owned company operating since 1978 with a strong family-oriented culture.
