Job description
Join our firm as a Senior Manager focused on IFRS financial reporting. Lead a team while managing financial data integration from recent acquisitions. This Senior Manager position is vital for overseeing the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. You will mentor a team of four finance professionals, including those newly qualified as CPAs. Your role includes managing the integration of financial data post-acquisitions and driving the transition from ASPE standards to IFRS. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the preparation of financial statements compliant with IFRS • Provide mentorship to a team of finance professionals • Manage financial data consolidation after acquisitions • Oversee transition from ASPE to IFRS standards • Collaborate with auditors for compliance and audit processes Requirements: • CPA designation with minimum two years of leadership experience • Extensive knowledge of IFRS and financial systems • Strong leadership and communication skills • Proven ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment • Experience in acquisitions and integration is an asset Make a significant impact on our financial reporting framework and team development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
