The expected pay rate for this role is $22.00per hour based on experience and qualifications.

About the opportunity

As an integral part of the we can do that operation this position is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership handling telephone communications and championing administrative duties. Specifically:

• Welcome guests visiting the showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
• Coordinate hand-over between guest and Sales Consultant
• Obtain pertinent guest information and enter into Customer Retention Management software
• Operate a multi-line telephone system and respond to customer inquiries
• Review and respond to electronic mail quickly and in a courteous and professional manner
• Perform administrative tasks and functions including word processing data input
• Coordinate and process customer payments
• Vehicle licensing
• Initial service scheduling
• Vehicle inventory administration including website maintenance
• Assist with sales reporting

About you

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service including:

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
• Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail organized and strategic
• ability to maintain professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
