  • Maintain a full clinical caseload (~19+ hours/week), modeling exceptional care and clinical reasoning.
  • Collaborate with RunReady President to exceed revenue and profit targets while balancing client outcomes and clinician development.
  • Lead monthly team sessions to drive communication, transparency, and a strong clinic culture.

Team Development & Coaching

  • Ensure ongoing clinical development opportunities are accessible to the team.
  • Partner with the Clinical Experience Lead (or equivalent) to manage day‑to‑day operational excellence.
  • Support recruitment efforts by engaging with students, networking with colleagues, and building relationships within the clinical community.

  • Represent the clinic at local community events, workshops, and professional initiatives to elevate brand awareness and attract clients.
  • Partner with marketing and outreach teams to align clinic activities with broader company campaigns.
  • Deliver quarterly action plans to the President, outlining strategies for clinic growth, clinician development, and operational improvements.
  • Monitor and optimize clinic KPIs including utilization, turnover, and compensation alignment with budget expectations.
  • Contribute business insights and feedback to regional leadership, helping shape future strategy and innovation.
