Larlyn Property Management is growing in the Windsor region, and we are looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to join our team as aProperty Manager – Windsor.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working toward their CMRAO licensing and wants to continue building their career in property management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Property Manager and the Property Administration Team, gaining hands-on experience in both day-to-day site operations and portfolio administration.
About the Role
In this position, you will support the management of properties in the Windsor area while developing a strong understanding of building operations, resident relations, contractor coordination, compliance, and administrative processes.
This role is designed to support career growth. As the Windsor and surrounding regional portfolio continues to expand, this position is expected to grow into a broader property management portfolio role.

Applicants must hold, or be actively working toward, aCMRAO Licence. Ideally, the candidate has completed or is currently completing to CMRAO courses or General.
