From drafting emails and coordinating content to keeping our website fresh and supporting campaigns, you’ll be a key contributor to a marketing team that values curiosity, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, helping ensure projects are prioritized, coordinated, and delivered smoothly across teams and partners. You’ll gain exposure to a variety of marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to content creation and brand storytelling making this a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media and Content Creation
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest in line with a shared content calendar and brand guidelines
- Write captions, source imagery, and create graphics or short-form video that bring our brand to life
Quickly pivot ideas, and generate your own, into meaningful content Monitor performance and engagement, using insights to improve content and identify opportunities Responsible for end-to-end digital engagement: inbound management (responding to comments and DMs in a timely, brand-aligned manner) and outbound engagement (proactively interacting with relevant accounts and conversations to expand reach and build connection with our target audience) Partner with the Digital Marketing Specialist to support content strategy and paid campaign initiatives
Marketing Coordination and Operations
- Support the coordination of marketing activities, including managing requests, timelines, and priorities
- Maintain the marketing calendar to keep projects aligned and on track
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support campaign execution
- Assist with copywriting, light design, and creation of marketing materials across digital and print
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, documentation, and internal resources
- Track and report on campaign performance to support team insights
Email and Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in building and deploying email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows
- Support audience segmentation, list management, and data accuracy in compliance with CASL and GDPR
- Contribute to email planning and content development
- Help monitor performance and support testing and optimization
- Assist with basic website updates and SEO content improvements
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, content, or digital communications role
- Hands-on experience with social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, plus email tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress and basic SEO principles
- Working knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content
- Solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

- Strong video editing skills
- Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail and an eye for branding and design
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and follow through
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

- Interest and knowledge of customer journey mapping and pain point tracking

Success Metrics for the Role
- Increase customer engagement on socials (likes, shares, comments)
- Increase conversion rate, clicks on social content and traffic increase to the website
