Reporting to the CDE Manager, the Jr. CDE and Analytics Coordinatorwill support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure consistent, high-quality data management across projects. This role focuses on configuring Autodesk Forma environments, supporting automation and integrations, maintaining digital tools and dashboards, and providing day-to-day support to project teams to improve data accuracy, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
What You'll Do Here:
- Configure and maintain project CDE environments within Autodesk Forma, including folder structures, metadata, permissions, workflows, issues and review processes, in line with IDD and ISO 19650 standards.
- Support and implement automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate and approved integration platforms to reduce manual data handling and improve data consistency.
- Assist with API‑based integrations between ACC, SharePoint, GIS and analytics platforms, supporting data extraction, synchronization and system connectivity under the direction of the CDE Manager or Analytics Lead.
- Configure, maintain and support digital forms (Formstack, Microsoft Forms or project‑approved alternatives) used for onboarding, field data capture and process tracking, ensuring outputs align with CDE and reporting requirement.
- Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, ensuring data sources are reliable, refreshed correctly and aligned with project and IDD reporting standards.
- Perform CDE audits and quality checks on folder structures, metadata, approvals and compliance, supporting reporting and corrective actions.
- Provide day‑to‑day CDE support to project teams, including troubleshooting access issues, workflow queries, and onboarding users to CDE, forms and dashboard.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Recent graduate or diploma holder in engineering or a related discipline.
- Exposure to software development or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Interest in or basic understanding of automation tools and workflows.
- Understanding of systems, data structures, or digital platforms.
- Interest in Common Data Environments (CDE) and digital information management.
- Ability to support the operation and maintenance of CDE platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
- High attention to detail when working with structured data and processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support end users.

Pay range: $65,000 - $75,0000 per year
Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
