Client Services Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Plan events and travel
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and / or minutes as requested
- Assemble outflow of packages to clients, follow up on signatures and pick‑up
- Access client information and status updates from CRA Rep or by calling CRA directly
- Scan, print, photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
- Send and receive messages and documents using mail, courier, digital‑signing software, fax machine, or electronic mail
- Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, presentations, and other documents
- Respond to telephone, in‑person or electronic enquiries or forward to appropriate person
- Accurately complete any data entry or information updates as assigned
- Provide back‑up reception desk coverage, including greeting people, directing visitors, answering and forwarding telephone calls, taking messages, and performing other administrative duties
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience (office, call center, administrative assistant, supporting role, tax, or accounting firm, etc.)Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to meet competing deadlinesAbility to work well independently and as part of a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Benefits
