Inside Sales Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Red Deer team. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day order desk activities, including quoting, order entry, and follow-ups.
• Provide accurate pricing, product information, and availability to customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Generate new business opportunities and support overall sales growth.
• Prepare estimates for new and ongoing projects.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate closely with outside sales and internal teams to meet and exceed targets.
• Assist with additional branch duties and contribute to a team-focused environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in oilfield supply (P, V & F).
• Strong knowledge of industrial and technical products.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong computer and system proficiency.
• Commitment to responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Minimum 5 years direct experience with pipe, valves, and fittings.
• Must be willing to work within a 30-minute commute radius of the job location.
