Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator for a direct hire opportunity in the 14th and Warden area, L3R 5R5. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who is certified on Counterbalance and Reach forklifts and enjoys working in a busy distribution environment.
The Forklift Operator will support daily shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, loading, unloading, and general warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who values steady daytime hours, teamwork, and a hands-on role where accuracy, safety, and productivity are important every day.
This position offers a supportive warehouse environment where reliable employees can contribute to smooth daily operations, work closely with team members, and build stability in a direct hire role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Load and unload pallets, skids, and product for shipping and receiving activities.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
- Wrap skids and ensure products are secured for transport or storage.
- Support general warehouse duties, including organizing inventory and maintaining a clean work area.
- Follow health and safety procedures while handling materials and equipment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21 per hour.
- Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Job type: Direct hire.
