DynaIndustrial is a proudly Saskatchewan-based company providing engineering, manufacturing, machining, fabrication, field services, and industrial solutions to customers across Western Canada. We are looking for an HR Specialist to support our Saskatoon operations and play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, training, engagement, and workforce development.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with employees and leaders, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact on both people and business results.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Specialist will:
You're someone who enjoys being on the floor, getting to know employees, solving problems, and helping leaders succeed. You are proactive, approachable, organized, and comfortable balancing strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day employee support.
