  • Collaborate with peers and partner teams during high-volume periods or critical events

  • Support a positive, inclusive team environment

What You’ll Gain

  • Deep expertise in medical claims, insurance legislation, and case law

  • Exposure to complex decision-making and investigative work

  • Clear progression opportunities within Accident Benefits and Claims

  • Ongoing learning support, including CIP designation and specialized training

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

  • Ability to interpret medical documentation and make sound decisions

  • Experience in claims, insurance, healthcare, or client-facing roles is preferred

  • Exposure to medical terminology or rehabilitation concepts is highly beneficial

What Will Make You Successful Here
