Spence Diamonds was founded in 1978 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We are proudly the leading diamond specialty concept in North America and the largest Canadian-owned retailer of diamond jewelry.
We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team. This is a highly important role responsible for the final quality control check on custom-made jewelry products before they are approved for delivery to our customers.
Position Summary
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for performing the final inspection of custom-made jewelry to ensure each piece meets Spence Diamonds’ quality standards, order specifications, and presentation expectations before release. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and sound judgment, and serves as a critical final checkpoint between production and the customer experience. The role reports to the Production Manager.

This is a full-time role with a regular working schedule of 40 hours a week.
