Job description
Become a key change leader at the University of Windsor as Vice-President, Finance and Operations. This role emphasizes strategic oversight and community collaboration while advancing the university's academic mission. The VPFO at the University of Windsor drives the future of the institution through holistic management of finance, facilities, and operational services. Reporting directly to the President, this leader will work to integrate the university’s resources with its academic aspirations. The position involves implementing sustainable practices while fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee institutional financial operations and transparency • Manage facilities, IT, and support services effectively • Promote collaborative governance and decision-making • Lead efforts in equity and diversity in organizational practices • Streamline operations and implement modernization initiatives Requirements: • Degree in business or finance required • CPA designation preferred • Significant senior management experience necessary • Strong background in a unionized environment • Experience leading during organizational change Help shape the future of education by bringing financial expertise and a commitment to community service to the University of Windsor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
