As a Counter Sales Representative you are the face of our branch. Youll:
Assist contractors and customers with product selection and solutions
Enter orders accurately and efficiently
Provide pricing promotions and delivery details
Fill orders quickly and correctly
Help resolve issues professionally and confidently
Support warehouse operations (stocking shipping/receiving inventory checks)
Maintain a clean organized customer-ready counter area
This is a hands-on interactive role where no two days are the same.
Strong customer service background
Experience in plumbing HVAC or building supply (asset but not mandatory)
Comfortable working in a warehouse/branch environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable using computers and order entry systems
Team player with a positive solutions-focused mindset
