Job description
Drive your career forward at Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as a Senior Cost Estimator focusing on infrastructure projects. Put your talent into action by delivering accurate and timely cost estimates for complex tender submissions. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, your role involves the preparation of detailed estimates for high-value projects. You'll lead tender management efforts, liaise with various stakeholders, and mentor junior team members to enhance departmental standards. Your critical thinking and communication skills will be vital in ensuring project success. Key Responsibilities: • Formulate comprehensive cost estimates from various sources • Conduct quantity take-offs and verify tender specifications • Prepare and review schedules and tender documents • Lead tender meetings and manage submissions • Evaluate job costs and support project monitoring Requirements: • University Degree in Civil Engineering or related • Minimum 7 years of experience in estimating • Familiar with commercial bidding software • Strong understanding of construction documents • Ability to connect and lead diverse teams Leverage your estimating expertise at GIP to help shape the future of infrastructure projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
