Job description
Lead strategic client services initiatives as the Director at Guardteck. Focus on enhancing client satisfaction and operational quality in a community-focused environment. In your role as Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for supervising a team that champions high-quality service delivery at Guardteck. This position requires strategic planning to enhance customer relations while developing an integrated approach to manage client feedback and operational efficiency. You will cultivate strong partnerships internally and externally, ensuring that your team meets the organization's goals through accountability and proactive problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: • Direct a team of client account managers focusing on service excellence • Enhance client retention through tailored strategies and solutions • Monitor operational effectiveness and implement improvements • Conduct training to meet the development needs of staff • Prepare budget reports and performance evaluations Requirements: • 5 to 7 years in Client Services leadership • Proven coaching, relationship-building, and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • CPP certification or equivalent experience • Knowledge of MS Office and operational best practices Join Guardteck and make a meaningful impact in client services leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
